Murphys underway in 2016

Fr Murphys ladies footballers have started their 2016 season off reaching the final of the Ann Dunning tournament. With only the bare minimum numbers, it was a fantastic result for all the girls present to get to the final of the tournament, being beaten by the hosts Holloway Gaels. It was a fantastic start to the 2016 London football season, in memory of such a fantastic advocate for ladies football. Huge thanks to Holloway for hosting such a great tournament. Well done to the returning Sinead Daly on winning the player of the tournament award

The footballers took on Tir Chonaill Gaels in a challenge match last week in preparation of the start of the London league. It was a great game, thanks to TCG for the game and the food afterwards
