Fr Murphys recently launched their unique sponsorship with leading teacher recruitment agency Engage Education in MetroBank’s flagship store in Holburn. With many current camogie players and footballers attending, a number of London based teachers and some high profile figures from London businesses, the launch was a fantastic success.
Attendees were treated to an insight into the club, with the launch of our recruitment video to illustrate what Fr Murphys Ladies Football and Camogie Club are all about, showing out links with international businesses and the successes on the field of play
Sarah Burns, club football secretary highlighted the huge importance a club like Fr Murphys plays in the lives of people moving to London, where “joining a team like Murphys gives you instant access to a social network of friends”. Rachel Travers, Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant at Engage Education spoke of the immediate engaging nature of all the club officers, and that Engage Education were delighted to come on board as a main sponsor of the highly ambitious club, looking forward to a long and prosperous partnership.
The club wish to thank everyone involved in organising the night and Bridgeen Stone, Director of MetroBank Holburn and her team for hosting the evening as well as a number of our other sponsors being present to celebrate our growing partnerships.
With big plans in place for 2016, training has started back for both the camogie and the footballers as we look forward to an exciting season ahead
